Preventing Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment for Managers and Supervisors

(2 Hour Program – AB1825 and SB1343 Compliant):

Your managers and supervisors will learn what is considered harassing behavior, why harassment occurs in the workplace and how it can be prevented. We also discuss the responsibilities of the employer and employees.

Managers will walk away with a solid understanding of the standards of unlawful harassment and how to prevent or handle harassment claims.

EMPLOYEE HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING

( SB1343 Compliant)

Your employees will learn the subject matter and receive instruction on appropriate conduct in the workplace regarding prevention of harassment including what is and is not considered harassment. 

Training includes identifying the various types of workplace harassment they may encounter, in addition to being trained on the proper reporting of harassment issues, responsibilities of employer and employees, and understanding of the standards for unlawful harassment. 

Training that includes measures to prevent or handle harassment claims will also be included, along with interactive discussion.
