Lucy is an HR professional with over 25 years of progressive human resources experience, including HR management and consulting.  Her professional experience includes supporting clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, construction, medical device, architecture, restoration, real estate, service, collision, non-profit and the restaurant industry. Although she is based in California, she also has national experience

Lucy is a service minded professional who has a positive driven attitude and enjoys interacting with all levels of management and employees.  Her work ethic of integrity and authenticity strengthens her interpersonal relationships with clients. She has successfully partnered with clients in finding solutions through creative strategies and implementing best practices.

Her focus has been to see the big picture in assisting clients to increase productivity and lower liability. She has also implemented safety programs to reduce injuries at the worksite. Her areas of expertise include training and development, including Harassment Prevention Training, compliance,  infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. She also enjoys developing a variety of training programs including wellness.

Her competencies include developing employee handbooks, training and development, wellness coaching, benefits programs, HR policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding, labor law compliance, and safety programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Lucy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix in 1999.  She received her certification in Human Resources Management through the University of California, Irvine.  She is familiar with the regulations concerning OSHA, IIPP and Covid-19 compliance in the workplace.
